Stats page and URLs

One other small proposed patch:

Links on the statistics page should probably be relative URLs, since otherwise using ProxyPass (in apache) to proxy statistics to some other location breaks links. This could be rectified by simply removing uri->uri_prefix from the links in src/dumpstats.c
