I finally moved the snapshots in a dedicated directory in order to avoid pollution from files present in the test directory :

   http://haproxy.1wt.eu/download/1.3/src/snapshot/

New versions are only built if the repository is updated. This makes it easier for the users to detect changes. A "LATEST" entry also points to the latest version.
