haproxy 1.3.14

I'm having an issue with 1.3.14 it seems.

When I do a restart ( haproxy -sf haproxy.pid) with haproxy 1.3.14, the stats page continues to show the pid from the old haproxy process, and the log continues to show the old pid receiving new connections.

Help?
